Active Duty- Full time service in the Armed Forces Reserve- Part time service in the Armed Forces (Guard) Veteran Members- A person who was apart of the Armed Forces

3 Burial Benefits A grave site in any of the 120 national cemeteries with available space Opening and closing of the grave Care of the site Government headstone or marker Burial Flag Presidential Memorial Certificate

4 Arlington National Cemetery
Established on June 15, 1864 Covers 624 acres of land Resting place of over 400,000 service men and women Average 25 burials a day

5 Fort Snelling National Cemetery
Established in 1939 Located in Minnesota Covers 463 acres Resting place for 225,000 service men and women
