Presentation on the topic: Right as a science

The right is a set of generally binding standards of conduct.

Rules of conduct that constitute a right: they are established or authorized by the state; are protected from violation by the state; should Express the interests of the majority of the population, regardless of their political, economic and other views, property status; they're binding on everyone.

Like any science, law studies a certain part of reality: the rules of law, normative legal acts, legal consciousness, legal relations

The main goal of right is to establish the formal equality of different people; ensure the ability to exercise one's right; recognize people equally valuable to the state and society. If this goal is not achieved, the law of force operates in society.

Under the function of right are understood the main directions of the influence of the right to social relations, behavior, people's consciousness.

The right performs primarily regulatory and protective functions. Regulatory function - The protective function - it consists in streamlining public relations, which are presented in the form of rights, duties, responsibilities, tasks. The most important means of regulating public relations is the agreement. it consists in establishing measures of liability for abuse of rights, non-performance of duties. Consideration of the functions of law gives an opportunity to know why there is a right, what it gives to society.

BASIC CODES OF THE RUSSIAN LAW: Constitution; Criminal; Civil; Tax; Labor; Arbitration procedural; The code of administrative offenses; Family; Land; Customs; Housing.
