Gene expression profiling of human bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells during adipogenesis DOI: 10.5603/FHC.a2016.0003 Gene-act-network according to the relationship among the differentially expressed genes. Genes in red and green indicate upregulated and downregulated expressed genes, respectively. The regulation relationships of different genes are described with terms such as “indirect effect (ind), inhibition (inh), dephosphorylation (dep), activation (a), binding (b), and compound (c)”
