1 Figure 1 Hierarchical clustering (HCL) outcome of all tested samples with the expression profile of the case report set as unknown Hierarchical clustering (HCL) outcome of all tested samples with the expression profile of the case report set as unknown Only a partial gene list is reported (the whole HCL figure is available as figure e-1, links.lww.com/NXG/A42). The probes resulting statistically different between AT and WT groups (permutation-based t test, p ≤ 0.01) allowed to cluster the atypical patient out of the dendrogram. The colors (green, downregulated; red, upregulated) denote the expression level of each used probe. The probe names and the matching gene names are reported on the left and on the right of the Y axis, respectively. Vincenzo Leuzzi et al. Neurol Genet 2018;4:e228 Copyright © 2018 The Author(s).
