Day 69 Literal equations

Introduction When working with formulas, we meet situations where solving a problem requires to first express a variable in terms of others. Since this is a common thing in problem solving, it is worthy familiarizing with a number of methods of doing so. In this lesson, we are going to discuss these methods.

Vocabulary: Literal equations These are equations that are expressed in terms of variables and constants only. This can be done in the notebooks or on vocabulary cards. Whatever system you use 
