Revitalization Plan

Revitalization Plan Goals Increase homeowner value by continuing to Invest in both infrastructure and curb appeal elements on an ongoing basis. Ongoing roofing replacement HVAC system upgrades/replacement Landscape, Xeriscape, and hardscape replacement Exterior building appearance (Painting & stucco repair)) Increase the focus on both energy and water conservation initiatives to reduce operating cost. Avoid the need for large special assessments & HOA fee increases by working on projects in stages Increase the number of Owner/Occupants by a minimum of 10 % during the plan period ( )

2011 Finalize and adopt a methodology for replacing the HVAC system and begin phase 1 of implementation (buildings J, K, L, M, N,O) Continue replacement of highest priority roofs (Bldg T-1,3, 5 Bldg Z-4,5,6,7) Develop a new security/camera recommendation. Continue wooden step replacement (Entrance 1 & 4) Re-line stream and falls at main entrance (Water conservation) Begin phase 1 of asphalt replacement at main entrance Replace selected retaining walls Repair/Recover Balcony Rooftops Dog Houses Resurface Swimming Pool Develop comprehensive /landscape plan. (water conservation)
