Presentation transcript:

Knowledge of talented retired person meets young generation for the guidance in best direction. Hence, not only youth up gradation but also an adage to experienced person.

Arrangement: A seminar where the youth meets the experienced. Experienced: Find the details of the retired person for the suitable sharing. -> Eg. If there is a seminar for the Indian classical dance, one can invite a retired person who had a dance class and would enjoy being with the process. Youth: The youth group can be from the school or university who can comes up with the motivational and educational need.

The team would analyze the requirement based on few researches and approach the university and schools for the arrangement of seminars/workshops for the same. A blog for the youth questions would be on the net which would allowed the youth to commute and discuss their problem. The same blog would also have the experienced to share the knowledge and future up gradation in the various industries.

After going on net, there would be some tie ups with the café/clubs… another place were most of the youth like to enjoy together. Learning together with the work shops and experienced gives al together a different practical experience. The café would have activity board and activities arranged for the youth which would be guided by the experienced in the field.

Places where Good Youth would always be.. Why leave the temples and church to motivate youth and give them knowledge. One can co-ordinate with few communal trust for education and go ahead to educate youth to get the best in their field. Eg. The Jain trust (JITO) in India gives scholarships and free guides to educate their students for the competitive exams for Indian Government Services.

The same place where the research is done can be harmonized with.. to perform knowledge giving actions. Apart from Seminars the work shop arrangement would be done. There would be webinars and also some competitions to enhance the activities of the youth.

The Blog..that would be the place where all can meet up number of experienced comments and also join in some webinars..seminars.. Work shop… café events..etc.. To encourage youth and guide youth. Not just talk but actions… Experience by their contacts can help the youth for their future… Can arrange for Uni.. Or factory visits etc..

Here the Experienced are meeting the young group and getting up gradation of thinking system of the current generation. The youth who feels that the Elders want be able to understand what we want would start changing the thought process of acceptability and here the half problem is solved regarding the confidence and social acceptability…. Both of them are getting a better opportunity for the future. Retired/Elders are getting some work to be done in the positive manner of the society and the youth is getting knowledge in order to make the world a better place to live not only for them but also for someone still younger than them…..

1. Project would be at some café/university/blog where the youth can come together to show their talent for writing anything that can touch heart and would be judged by one of the experienced in that field..
