The check is free of charge. Radio Equipment They will be conducting checks of frequencies in the Service building: Wednesday the 20th of March from 10:00. The check is free of charge.
Entry Entry by name at competition office For Women on Wednesday latest 17:40 The Draw will be in Competition Building For Men on Thursday latest 18:00 Start numbers can be picked up at the Competition Office at 09.00 every morning.
The City of Oslo invite all team captains to a reception at Heftye Villa Thursday 20.00 Transport will be arranged from the official team hotels at 19.30
Final Party The Final Party takes place on Sunday at 20:00 in the spectators’ tent (1st floor) The dress code is sporty/casual – This is not a gala dinner, please see pictures of the location below:
Final Party There will be a guest list when entering the tent. Please bring your accreditation. All accredited athletes and team officials + IBU and OC are welcome, but accreditation is necessary. Drink vouchers will be provided to each team. Please note that no food will be served, so teams are requested to eat at their hotel beforehand. Please do not set off any fire alarms and please respect each other and have a good safe fun time
Hotel Parking Message from the Hotel Manager at Scandic Holmenkollen Park: Please do not use the parking on the backside of the hotel as a parking lot for team vehicles. Contact the Chief of Wax Cabins, Erling Vaagan, for more parking space near the wax cabin area. This is also valid for the front of the hotel. This area is simply for drop-off and off-loading for a very limited time.

Young Star competition Competitions take place Thursday from 17:45 – 19:30 They will use the Shooting range and 2.0 K course The 2K course will be closed for the WC athletes during this race.
