Development of the GHN Provide both current and historical electrotechnology content through the IEEE-IBM Wiki including: Experiences shared by Individuals related to the development of a technology Experiences of corporations and organizations shared by groups involved in the creation of technologies, products, and services Descriptions of specific technologies and applications Histories of IEEE Organizational Units and others who facilitate the development of technologies Interlinks to museums, libraries, conferences, and published materials

Development of the GHN Entry of materials in agreement with IEEE Code of Ethics and respect for intellectual property Content will be initially classified when entered in the Wiki Provide for the peer review of selected areas of content Provide for the submission of milestones, video histories, archival materials Members, sections, regions, societies, and other organizational units
