If you dont eat youll be able to live 3-5 days without water About 8 weeks without food So you can have great problems with your health

If you dont eat at night your organism will be able to relax more Its a good thing!

To follow a diet is good But How can you choose the most effective one? You should consult your doctor first You should control and count calories Eating less you should provide your organism with vitamins and minerals

The results of the test In our class 17 pupils should improve their diet a little 4 pupils diet may cause health problems for them in the future, unless they change to a healthier one 4 pupils seem to eat a healthy diet

The majority of our classmates should change the diet a little. Theyd better eat more fruit and vegetables low fat food high fibre food wholemeal bread. They shouldnt eat between meals (cut out snacks and desserts) at night. Its also necessary to have breakfast to have regular meals.
