How to cut done on saturated FATS

Ways of cutting down on FATS in the diet Reduce the amount of fried foods eaten, including chips. Cut all visible fat off meat and bacon. Eat more chicken and fish and less read meat. Use an oil spray or a non-stick pan to reduce the amount of fat used in cooking. Buy lean mince and low fat pastries. Reduce the fat content in recipes when baking.
