Business Plan

Business plan What is it? The purpose of this plan is to demostrate the validity of the business idea and explain,what money is needed for and how to get it. What is it? It’s a document of planning and it describes the actions of feasibility.

Idea and business mission The first step is to focus on the idea, enterpreneurs have to define : The target. The products and the services that the business wants to sell. The needs that they want to satisfy. The reasons of success.

The business idea The business idea aims to satisfy people s needs.

The requirements Innovation: the new idea the businessman gets up with, after his market analysis . Competitiveness: achievable by strategic choices. Profitability: it is necessary that the idea can be feasible and that this can produce good profits.

Marketing The businessman should evaluate the general conditions of the market, its evolution and whether the business is influenced by trend.

What is the main issue? How can the new business be effectively advertised and promoted?

Products and Services The first step is to draw a list of products and services that might be sold and describe them carefully.

Competition The businessman has to know similar products on the market in order to offer different or better products and services. It’s necessary to identify the competitors.

PRICING The businessman should calculate the cost of production. Determining the price he can't exceed the range of the market price.
