Model Session Warm up – Groups of 3 (Unrestricted) Wall pass, overlaps, double pass 1st Activity – 7-0 Shadow Play Focus on combinations on flanks (Show different types to team and let them work through these without pressure.) Build to 7-3 w/keeper and counter goals (or targets) for defense Strikers working together (playing within 10-15 yards of each other). 4/3/2019
