7 June 2014Slide 4GHS Service Demo Sample Monitoring Report Business Impact for this report: If the company transports non-refrigerated liquid gases, the company should be aware that NOM-046-SCT2/2010 has been updated to align specific requirements of former NOM-046-SCT2/1998 regarding the design, construction, inspection and testing specification and characteristics for non-refrigerated liquid gases portable tanks, with the United Nations Model Regulation for the Transport of Dangerous Goods, 15 th Revised edition. Given that companies carrying out transport of non- refrigerated liquid gases are obliged to use only portable tanks duly approved and labeled in accordance with NOM-0460SCT2/2010, the company will have to ensure that transporters of non-refrigerated liquid gases are in compliance with NOM-046-SCT2/2010.
