OUR VISION OUR MISION COMPANY PROFILE To be the most preferred independent Oil field service provider in the industry with world class standards of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality. OUR MISION To make world class Health, Safety, Environment and Quality a way of life within the company. To create a working environment in which our work force can achieve job satisfaction and career development. To provide our clients professional oil field services with the most qualified personnel and equipment. COMPANY PROFILE Techno Canada Inc. (TCI) is a company incorporated in Alberta under the laws of Canada in the year May 2002. TCI has been formed by professionals with a core background in the oil & gas upstream industry. Our experience ranges across the board from Well Testing, Nitrogen Services, Production Operations, Wireline Logging, Coil Tubing, Drill Stem Testing (Open Hole & Cased Hole) TCI personnel have been involved in major projects on shore and offshore.

Surface Testing Mission Statement TCI is a Canadian Production Testing company currently operating in S E ASIA. Our equipment has been brought into the region. It is our aim to provide International Quality Testing Operations in SEA, fully compliant with Safety Standards, Business Management to Canadian business standards, at a realistic total project cost. The equipment list is as per the attached document which gives the ratings and Technical data on the different Surface test Equipment we have in the region. The test packages are suitable for onshore and offshore application. Any additional equipment or equipment not already brought into SEA can be mobilised from yards in Canada, India, Singapore or from Stockists in the Middle East depending upon the time frame of the project. TCI’s method of operation is to have the Crew Chief and Supervisors brought in from Canada and have the operators as local experienced testers. This we believe will provide the optimum value to our clients. We will have an Operations Co- ordinator who will be co-ordinating all the day to day operational requirements with the local clients at their HO. He shall be having single point responsibility for all non testing related issues like Logistics, Administration, Movement, Local Procurement etc. This enables the Crew Chief to focus on the critical testing related issues, and provides an optimum level of performance. We provide well test analysis using Fekete Field notes which is globally accepted, and AEUB compliant. Our equipment is rated to API, ASME, NACE, ANSI, and BIS standards as applicable. Each and every component of our test spread has fully traceable OEM documentation. Unless otherwise stated our equipment is NACE compliant. HSE is monitored by our General Manager with field level documentation for Near Miss, Field Level Risk Assessment (FLRA), Incident Reporting, Root Cause Analysis, and Tool Box Talk.

ACCURACY TCI Production Services design and selection of test equipment, no matter how elaborate, is based upon certain fundamental requirements. All components should be sized so that anticipated maximum and minimum production will lie within the peak accuracy range of the equipment. . Career In Tci Careers Success without boundaries A tradition of excellence Each day, we help our customers find and produce oil and gas with respect for the environment. We're looking for men and women to join our global family in this effort. We know the work is tough. But, if you're ambitious, innovative, and hard working, a TCI career may be for you. We will require trained field hands as well as operators, logistics & administration personnel to help streamline our expanding operations. We hope you'll read more about what we have to offer and contact us for more information.

SLICKLINE MEMORY LOGGING TOOL The Mini Logging Tool (MLT) is a compact version of a production logging tool. Designed with four sensors, the MLT can provide correlated data on pressure, temperature, depth and flow rates. The MLT is designed to be a modular tool. The 3 main modules are the platinum Resistant Temperature Detector (RTD) module, the Casing Collar Locator (CCL), and the Pressure/Flow module. The Platinum RTD provides a fast and high resolution temperature profile along the wellbore. The RTD module uses dual Platinum RTD's to measure temperature. Using dual RTD’s increases the sensitivity of the module, and negates the chances of the RTD being shielded by the MLT not being centred within the tubing string. The electromagnetic CCL measures depth by measuring the change in electromagnetic field that occurs at each casing, or tubing collar. Since the length of each joint is known, tool depth can be inferred from this depth, and correlated with the rest of the data. The Pressure/Flow module is economical in design. The external housing is universal. Different calibrated modules are then inserted into the external housing, depending on what pressure range the tool will be encountering. The MLT also uses a replaceable memory module. The memory module us connected to the top module within the string. Modules can be interchanged, allowing for the module to be changed out, and a second survey to be done with a new module, while the first module is downloaded. Any combination of modules can be used at one time. The only restraint is that only 1 Pressure/Flow module can be used at once, and it must be run at the bottom of the string.

Bottom Hole Sampling TCI provides for bottom hole sampling to taking of representative reservoir fluid samples. The sampler can also be operated to take Single Phase Samples (SPS) from which samples are maintained at a pressure above the reservoir pressure, back to the PVT laboratory. Samples, when analyzed, provide data vital for the economic and technical evaluation of the reservoir. The sampler is run on wire line (slick or electric) and can be triggered by a mechanical firing device or surface firing via an electric line. Multiple samplers can also be run simultaneously. For transportation of samples, a range of cylinders (700 ml) can be supplied with pressure ratings of 5,000, 10,000 and 15,000 psi. For the USA market, DOT-approved cylinders are also available. OPERATION PARAMETERS: The material of construction of the sampling tool and transportation cylinders is NACE (National Association of Corrosion Engineers) approved for "SOUR GAS" service. Sample Volume : 600 ml, Max. Working Pressure : 15,000 psi at 180°C (356°F) Length : PDS: 12' 1" (3,680 mm), SPS: 16' 7" (5,054 mm) Weight : PDS: 61.6 lb (28 kg), SPS: 74.8 lb (34kg), Outside Diameter : 1-11/16 " (43 mm)

BOTTOM HOLE SAMPLING Description: P.D.S. S.P.S. MK II, Sampling tool is a device for taking in-situ reservoir samples. The purpose of the is to provide a high quality representative sample which is maintained in single phase (using nitrogen gas). Subsequent PVT analysis of sample can provide data for economic and technical evaluation of a reservoir. The tool has been designed to operate in most environments and consistently produce representative samples regardless of the or conditions. Transportation box available. Volume: 600 ml Sample, 450 ml Nitrogen M.A.W.P: 1035 Bar g @ 180 Deg C, (15,000 psi @ 356 Deg F) Material: 17-4 PH STSTL (AISI 630), Aluminium Bronze CA104. All conform to N.A.C.E. MRO 175 latest review. Net weight: 34 kg (75 lb) Dimensions: Diameter: 1 11/16”(43 mm) Length: 16’ 7” (5054 mm)

Well Deliverability Well Deliverability: Accurate forecasting of Gas Production requires integrating reservoir volumes (reserve), Sand Face and Wellhead Deliverability, Well Bore Hydraulic, Pipeline and compression capacity and other factors such as sales contracts. This is achieved by the understanding the inter-relationship between Reserves, Deliverability and Gas Gathering Systems.

WELL DELIVERABILITY Well Deliverability: Reserves Evaluation Reservoir Engineering & Simulation Production Optimization Deliverability (IPR Curves) Open Flow Potential

Premium Tubular Rental Services TCI are also providing our clients with the added facility of renting of Premium Tubular Connections for Well Testing. Specially required in the case of HPHT wells these Premium Tubulars are Gas Tight to pressure in excess of 10,000 psi with two step threads. Our inspectors will be available at site, to inspect the tubulars running services to ensure it’s done in the optimum means, with minimum Tripping and POOH operations for the specific services.
