The Fate of Those Who Are Outside Christ

It is much easier to be lost than it is to go to heaven.

Matthew 7:13-14… 13 "Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. 14 Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.

There are 234 references in the New Testament to hell, punishment, & God’s judgment on the wicked.

22 But I say to you that whoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment. And whoever says to his brother, 'Raca!' shall be in danger of the council. But whoever says, 'You fool!' shall be in danger of hell fire. Matthew 5:22

29 If your right eye causes you to sin, pluck it out and cast it from you; for it is more profitable for you that one of your members perish, than for your whole body to be cast into hell. 30 And if your right hand causes you to sin, cut it off and cast it from you; for it is more profitable for you that one of your members perish, than for your whole body to be cast into hell. Matthew 5:29-30

Mark 9:43-48 43 "If your hand causes you to stumble, cut it off; it is better for you to enter life crippled, than, having your two hands, to go into hell, into the unquenchable fire,

44 [where THEIR WORM DOES NOT DIE, AND THE FIRE IS NOT QUENCHED.] 45 "If your foot causes you to stumble, cut it off; it is better for you to enter life lame, than, having your two feet, to be cast into hell,

46 [where THEIR WORM DOES NOT DIE, AND THE FIRE IS NOT QUENCHED.] 47 "If your eye causes you to stumble, throw it out; it is better for you to enter the kingdom of God with one eye, than, having two eyes, to be cast into hell, 48 where THEIR WORM DOES NOT DIE, AND THE FIRE IS NOT QUENCHED.

Hell is a real place of torment.

Perhaps the worst thing about hell is that it is eternal.

11 And the smoke of their torment ascends forever and ever; and they have no rest day or night, who worship the beast and his image, and whoever receives the mark of his name." Revelations 14:11. 10 The devil, who deceived them, was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone where the beast and the false prophet are. And they will be tormented day and night forever and ever. 14 Then Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. 15 And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire. Revelations 14:10, 14-16

The fires of hell are unquenchable.

2 Peter 3:9 Satan & his servants Who Will Be in Hell? Satan & his servants Hell was never intended for man. God wishes that all be saved. Matthew 25:41… “41 Then He will also say to those on the left hand, 'Depart from Me, you cursed, into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels: 2 Peter 3:9

The Ungodly will be there. Those who fulfill the works of the flesh. Who Will Be in Hell? The Ungodly will be there. Those who fulfill the works of the flesh. 9 Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, 10 nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God. 11 And such were some of you. But you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God. 1 Cor 6:9-11; Gal 5:19-21; Rev 21:8

2 John 9-11; Col 3:17 Some religious people will be there! Who Will Be in Hell? Some religious people will be there! Despite their sincerity, they will be lost because they have not obeyed God! What foundation are you building on? 2 John 9-11; Col 3:17

God will not accept any less than our very best. Who Will Be in Hell? Lukewarm Christians God will not accept any less than our very best. Revelations 3:15-17

All those who have not obeyed the gospel of Jesus Christ Who Will Be in Hell? All those who have not obeyed the gospel of Jesus Christ Sin separates man from God. Sin will cause one to be lost for eternity! 2 Thess 1:6-10; Rom 3:23; Rom6:23

Are you going there? The good news? No one has to go there!
