Why do people use it , and how to use it? People use Tumblr for social networking with other users it is mainly used for blogging and interacting with other people. How to use Tumblr: Step one- create an account go to the website and click new account and put in your email and create a password. Step 2- set up your blog pick what kind of theme you want and start talking about what topic you want to do on your blog. Step 3- start interacting with people maybe people who have a similar blog idea as you and try to attract people to looking at your blog
