Understand how to set stepping stone goals Short term goals Goals that you want to achieve very soon - in the next few days or weeks (example: get an “A” on your next English test) Medium term goals Goals that you want to achieve in the near future - the next six months to a year. (example: get an “A” in Math on your report card) Ultimate or Long team goals Goals that you want to achieve in the far future - five to ten years from now. (example: graduating from college or trade school)
