2 Far West Ski Association Convention Far West Ski Association holds an annual convention. The convention is typically held the second weekend of June. The convention changes location from year to year. The convention is hosted by the local council and their member clubs.

4 Who Attends Delegates Delegates Must be a member of a FWSA club or a Direct Member of FWSA Clubs are allowed a number of voting delegates based on their membership Non-voting delegates are invited to attend all events except they will not be able to vote in the elections on Sunday Delegates register individually and clubs submit their delegate list
