Just believing God exists is useless, what matters is WHAT you believe about God!

We believe that the Bible was given by God to explain why He created us, and how He intends for us to live with Him forever!

Still, the LORD warned Israel and Judah through every prophet and every seer, saying, “Turn from your evil ways and keep My commands and statutes according to all the law I commanded your ancestors and sent to you through My servants the prophets.” 2 Kings 17:13 (CSB)

Beliefs not regularly and authentically practiced are “useless”.

He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks out of his own character, for he is a liar and the father of lies. 45 But because I tell the truth, you do not believe me. John 8:42-47 (ESV)

46 Which one of you convicts me of sin? If I tell the truth, why do you not believe me? 47 Whoever is of God hears the words of God. The reason why you do not hear them is that you are not of God.” John 8:42-47 (ESV)

Having eyes they do not see and having ears they do not hear Mk. 8:18   Why do you call me Lord, Lord, and not do the things which I say? Lk. 6:46

Faith in Christ is more than just believing who Jesus is!

The kind of faith that saves us is the kind that changes us.

In the book of James, he makes a contrast between someone who professes a belief and someone who actually believes and acts on His beliefs.

1 We proclaim to you the one who existed from the beginning, whom we have heard and seen. We saw him with our own eyes and touched him with our own hands. He is the Word of life. 2This one who is life itself was revealed to us, and we have seen him. 1 John 1:1-5 NLT2

And now we testify and proclaim to you that he is the one who is eternal life. He was with the Father, and then he was revealed to us. 3 We proclaim to you what we ourselves have actually seen and heard so that you may have fellowship with us. 1 John 1:1-5 NLT2

And our fellowship is with the Father and with his Son, Jesus Christ And our fellowship is with the Father and with his Son, Jesus Christ. 4 We are writing these things so that you may fully share our joy. 5 This is the message we heard from Jesus and now declare to you: God is light, and there is no darkness in him at all. 1 John 1:1-5 NLT2

And God has testified about his Son And God has testified about his Son. 10 All who believe in the Son of God know in their hearts that this testimony is true. We believe in God the Father, We believe in Jesus Christ We believe in the Holy Spirit, And He's given us new life We believe in the crucifixion, We believe that He conquered death, We believe in the resurrection And He's coming back again, we believe!

without works to authenticate it is useless. We believe that a faith without works to authenticate it is useless.

Hebrews 11:6 (paraphrase) We believe that whoever wants to be RIGHT with God must not only believe God exists, they must believe that He rewards those who DILIGENTLY by faith STRIVE to please Him. Hebrews 11:6 (paraphrase)
