Wellness Activity List Please complete a different activity each time you perform a 20 minute workout. Record the activity you choose on your log sheet. - Eat 3 servings of vegetables in one day - Eat 3 servings of fruit in one day - Drink 8 (8oz) glasses of water - Have your blood pressure checked by an HFI - Eat a healthy breakfast - Participate in a Group Fitness Class - Check out a book/video from the Health Services Library - Walk/jog the 1 mile nature trail - Recruit someone else to climb the Harry Potter Stairs - Work out with a buddy - Row on the rowing machine for 1000 meters - Wear a heart rate monitor during your workout - Get at least 8 hours of sleep - Reduce your caffeine intake (or avoid caffeine altogether) - Ask an HFI for a new strength training exercise to add to your routine
