Terminal Learning Objective ACTION: Submit NBC 1 Report CONDITIONS: Given a situation that a nuclear, biological, or chemical (NBC) attack has just occurred in your area. You have a pencil, paper, blank NBC 1 Report (DA Form 1971-1-R), and the NBC Report format guide (GTA 3-6-8). 1

Terminal Learning Objective (cont.) STANDARD: Record the correct information to be transmitted to the receiving authority using a Spot report in the SALUTE report format. Correctly complete NBC 1 Reports with all heading information and mandatory line items BRAVO, DELTA, HOTEL, and either CHARLIE or FOXTROT. Ensure all other appropriate data is reported. 2

Learning Objective A ACTION: Submit a Spot report. CONDITIONS: Given a situation simulating that an NBC attack has just occurred in your area. You have a pencil, paper, and the NBC report format guide (GTA 3-6-8). STANDARD: Record the correct information to be transmitted to the receiving authority using a Spot report in the SALUTE report format. 3
