instruction in proper radio-telephone operating (RTO) procedures. CONDITION: Given conference style instruction in a classroom environment. STANDARD: Soldiers better prepared to transmit and receive messages on unit radios.

9 I have received your signal, understand it, and will comply.
(PROWORDS) “WILCO” I have received your signal, understand it, and will comply.

10 (PROWORDS) “OVER” This is the end of my transmission to you and a response is necessary. Go ahead; transmit.

11 This is the end of my transmission and no answer is required.

28 SUMMARY Most efficient communications within a net is attained when operators habitually use proper procedures in transmitting and receiving messages.
