How do we create our own Prepared Pantry?

F irst, you need to create your Master Menu Ingredient List, which becomes your Master Shopping List

Determine your familys top 25 meals (include breakfast, lunch and dinner) Enter your familys recipes in Chapter 9 of this Preparedness for Life Series Cookbook Drag-n-drop your recipes into the Menu Planner (four meals per day to create a 28 meal master list) Print your new Master Menu Ingredient/ Shopping List Use your space bar To navigate this slide
