The Public Works Department is the main fueling station for: 2 Fire Departments, M & J Buses, Public Works, and the Animal Control Officer. Public Works is responsible for maintaining the Phoenix K800 Fuel System. The K800 system is very old and is in DOS format, it keeps records of the towns fuel usage and fuel levels.

PUBLIC WORKS IS SNOW PLOWING…

By Saturday afternoon the storm had hit hard, power was out all over town and many surrounding towns. The Public Works crews from the towns of Groton, Coventry, Canterbury, Lebanon, Hebron, East Lyme & Stonington came to our rescue. What would we give for a crew of this size, FULL TIME!
