The company is built on the foundations of two companies that are engaged in shipbuilding and making patrol boats. In 2007 the company has produced six patrol boats years prototype is builted and tested, and complies with all European and ASME standards Rektor 40ft mobile LNG container tank are certified for all modes of transport (road, rail and maritime) and were approved by Bureau Veritas (Paris, France). All components of the LNG tank are from world renowned manufacturers. Rektor 40ft mobile LNG container tank particular stands out with high grades in crash tests (Piacenza,Italy), as well as long holding time.

Company headquarters is located in Rijeka. Ribarska 4, Rijeka,Croatia. Factory for the production of LNG container tanks is located in Galizana, 5 km from Pula.
