For any query, please contact at: 2 Company Introduction Trimurti India has existence as a premier manufacturing organization Since 1985 dedicated to fulfill the commitment of providing quality products to our customers, the Company has excelled over the years and today enjoys an enviable reputation of being a leading anticorrosive product manufacturing company. In 1995, we registered our firm as M/s Trimurti Drinks, and worked as whole sole suppliers of cold drinks, and have been using RUSTONIL for our individual purposes & since then we started marketing of our product in various private and government departments and got very good response, so we stepped in bulk manufacturing of RUSTONIL FZ105 in the year 1996 and change the firm from M/s Trimurti Drinks to M/s Trimurti (India).

For any query, please contact at: 3 Archives Since corrosion is a major problem in our life, for finding a solution to this is a great achievement. Many persons worked on it at national & international level but none get a satisfactory result, we too have made great efforts in developing this product. Since 1985 we started manufacturing RUSTONIL & made a product which only removes the rust. Our R & D results in developing a product which not only removes rust but is a grade above it as it also converts rust into iron and forms molecular bounding which protects from further rusting. This is how we came to evolve this product of ours. In the evolution of this chemical Mr. K. N. Misra played a major role as he is the one who with his knowledge & Revolutionary Efforts in Iron & Steel Industry. Then in the year 2000 we launched this product in Indian International Trade Fare, New Delhi (Pragati Maidan) as we have been promoted by U.P. Government. After this we launched it as we get very good response from many companies of National & International levels, they not only took interest but also praised our product. This is how we came to know its importance & finally introduced it to the market.

For any query, please contact at: 4 Our Product is a lead free. Since lead is a highly toxic metal that has detrimental health effects. Lead based paints have been found to poison waterways & rivers, causing cancer & illness. Our product is made with eco-friendly ingredients. Anti corrosive properties of our product offer excellent UV & salt resistance. Lab tests have shown that RUSTONIL treated objects has best performance as compared to the existing anticorrosive products in the market when subject to the same salt spray & UV tests. RUSTONIL has an upper edge over the other existing products as it is a single – step application process for removing & converting rust into iron & further protecting iron from rusting. RUSTONIL which, upon drying, will result in a long-lasting black surface on the treated object surface. This treated surface provides better bonding to the paint that ferrous phosphate (Primer) & the resulting surface after treatment gives exceptionally smooth finish. Our Technology

For any query, please contact at: 5 RUSTONIL : Introduction It is a anti corrosive chemical which convert the rust into iron. Rustonil can easily remove the rust from any type of rusted iron and further protects iron from rusting for a period of 12 to 18 months. Rustonil is a monopoly chemical. Company supplies the chemical direct to the industries.

For any query, please contact at: 8 Results of RUSTONIL

For any query, please contact at: 9 Application of RUSTONIL RUSTONIL needs single step application as it requires minimal or no surface preparation before application on the surface to be treated (Iron & Steel). Put the liquid in a Plastic or PVC Container. Clean the Steel Surface or Parts from Dust, Rusty Particles, Grease or Oil and allow the surface to dry. Thoroughly shake RUSTONIL before application. Wait for 10 minutes for completing the Reaction Process and Leave for 24 hours for curing before any other application. Any Skilled or Un-skilled Person can apply the RUSTONIL.

For any query, please contact at: 10 It can be applied by any of the following process: 1.Using Cotton 2.Using Brush 3.Through Spray Gun 4.By direct dipping. We use to prefer dipping process as it consumes less material because larger surface area of the object to be treated comes in contact with the chemical resulting in excellent performance.

For any query, please contact at: 11 USING COTTON Clean the dust from rusted area to be treated and then apply RUSTONIL by using cotton soaked in RUSTONIL. Then leave the treated Object for atleast 15 to 20 minutes to dry to get best result. USING BRUSH Repeat the same process as stated above, using brush. USING SPRAY GUN Repeat the same process as stated above, using spray gun

For any query, please contact at: 12 DIRECT DIPPING Immerse the object to be treated in the RUSTONIL for about 15 to 20 minutes, and then leave the object until it gets dried. Apply RUSTONIL on the surface to be treated by any of the above mentioned procedure & leave the object for atleast 15 to 20 minutes to let the reaction be completed which is acknowledge when the treated surface gets dried rusting into black surface which is free from rust & also strengthens the iron bonding which gives protection from further rusting.

For any query, please contact at: 13 Coverage Area By Brush185 sq. ft. By Spray 213 sq. ft. By Cotton200 sq. ft. Through Dipping300 sq. ft.

For any query, please contact at: 14 Precautions Shake well before use. Object to be treated should be free from dust or paints or any other kind of external covering as these external layers prevent RUSTONIL to get in contact with the rusted iron surface which results in poor performance. Avoid contact with water until the treated surface gets dried off. There is no need to mix any other chemical in RUSTONIL. Apply only on dry Iron surface. Keep away from children's reach. Refer MSDS for technical & safety measures.

For any query, please contact at: 15 Frequently Asked Questions Q. 1.What is Rust? Ans. Rust is a general term for iron oxides formed by the reaction of iron with oxygen. Several forms of rust are distinguishable visually and by spectroscopy, and form under different circumstances. The chemical composition of rust is typically hydrated iron (III) oxide (Fe 2 O 3.nH 2 O), and under wet conditions may include iron (III) oxide-hydroxide (FeO(OH)). Rusting is the common term for corrosion of iron and its alloys, such as steel. Although oxidation of other metals is equivalent, these oxides are not commonly called rust.

For any query, please contact at: 16 Q. 2.How does Rust work? Ans. Rust is the common name for a very common compound, iron oxide. Iron oxide, the chemical Fe 2 O 3, is common because iron combines very readily with oxygen -- so readily, in fact, that pure iron is only rarely found in nature. Iron (or steel) rusting is an example of corrosion -- an electrochemical process involving an anode (a piece of metal that readily gives up electrons), an electrolyte (a liquid that helps electrons move) and a cathode (a piece of metal that readily accepts electrons). When a piece of metal corrodes, the electrolyte helps provide oxygen to the anode. As oxygen combines with the metal, electrons are liberated. When they flow through the electrolyte to the cathode, the metal of the anode disappears, swept away by the electrical flow or converted into metal cat ions in a form such as rust.

For any query, please contact at: 17 For iron to become iron oxide, three things are required: iron, water and oxygen. Here's what happens when the three get together: When a drop of water hits an iron object, two things begin to happen almost immediately. First, the water, a good electrolyte, combines with carbon dioxide in the air to form a weak carbonic acid, an even better electrolyte. As the acid is formed and the iron dissolved, some of the water will begin to break down into its component pieces -- hydrogen and oxygen. The free oxygen and dissolved iron bond into iron oxide, in the process freeing electrons. The electrons liberated from the anode portion of the iron flow to the cathode, which may be a piece of a metal less electrically reactive than iron, or another point on the piece of iron itself. The chemical compounds found in liquids like acid rain, seawater and the salt-loaded spray from snow-belt roads make them better electrolytes than pure water, allowing their presence to speed the process of rusting on iron and other forms of corrosion on other metals.

For any query, please contact at: 18 Q. 3.How RUSTONIL Works? Ans. Rustonil works on our Core Technology. On applying Rustonil over rusted surface, results into 3 simultaneous processes i.e. removing & converting of rust into iron and further protection from rusting. Rustonil works on the Principle of displacement i.e. it releases oxygen molecules from ferric oxide resulting into pure iron & then it strengthens the irons molecular bonding which results in providing protection from further rusting. Concept of Rust: Rust is scientifically called oxidation, which occur when oxygen cover in long-term contact with certain metals.

For any query, please contact at: 19 Q. 4.How Does RUSTONIL improves the strength and life of Construction? Ans. Due to formation of micro crystals, the crystal arrangement is so close and interwoven that water and gases cannot penetrate through it, in addition to this it helps in developing massive and tenacious bond with cement concrete, improving strength and life of the construction. Q. 5.Does water in the presence of oxygen cause metal corrosion or rust? Ans.Yes it does, but the water in RUSTONIL emulsions contains a rust inhibitor to prevent this from happening. Will this anti corrosion coating wash off if it rains? Not once the emulsions dries. It is dry to the touch in less then 1-hour and after 24 hour cure, water will not remove the corrosion resistant coating. The cure time can be reduced with hot air blowers.

For any query, please contact at: 20 Q. 6.How do I clean up after using RUSTONIL water based treatment? Ans. Simply wash everything down with water. If spray equipment is used, run water through it until it is clear. How do I remove the cured protective coating? Heat the treated metal up to 600º C to make it read hot to loosen the grip of RUSTONIL.
