Establishment of Training Centre for professional development of food technologists Food industry professional with history of successful product development and innovation willing to share know-how Survey participants: 34 food technologists ; 82,4% young technologists (25-34 years); 47,1% with max. 5 and 41,2% with max. 10 years working experience and 48 students: 87,5% from III and IV year of Faculty, others from Master and PhD studies from Universities in Belgrade and Niš Is it sustainable?
