The Alchemy Exchange is a unique and cost-effective way of accessing the latest business and management thinking
Provides businesses with expert knowledge and a unique perspective to ensure their needs are satisfied through individually tailored programmes of work
Consultancy and research based work carried out by student associates and academics all managed by experienced project leaders
Associates are recruited to a ‘talent pool’ and selected for projects which fit their skills and ability.

1 project for a Sheffield based steel bar manufacturer
Implementation of a culture more focused on innovation to capitalise on creative ideas and offer them to the market
TAE was asked to carry out a cultural analysis and present recommendations for a way ahead
the new culture will revolve around the innovation task team designed to offer an open forum for the creation and management of new products and processes through-life.
