Grades Grading Scale: 94% - 100% = A 84 % - 93 % = B 74% - 83 % = C 63 % and below = F Not all papers are recorded grades, but are used to drive instruction

Math Envision Math On-line programs: ALEKS, Edulastic, Reflex, Sum Dog Timed Tests each week – start with add/subtract and move to multiplication Practice! Practice! Practice!
Science & Social Studies Project based Participation based Alternate between units in each subject Grades will appear on report cards at semester end only, not quarterly. Grades will be: S-Satisfactory, N-Needs Improvement, U-Unsatisfactory

Absences &Tardiness Please call the Scott School Attendance Line to report your child’s absence: (812) 867-2427. Remember, excessive tardies have a negative impact on student achievement Please let me know if you would like for me to gather your child’s work. I will make every attempt to do so!
