Grades Grading Scale: 94% - 100% = A 84 % - 93 % = B 74% - 83 % = C 63 % and below = F Not all papers are recorded grades, but are used to drive instruction

Grades (cont.) Three kinds of grades: Tests = 50 % of overall grade Quizzes = 30 % of overall grade Class participation/Daily Work: 20% of overall grade Language and Spelling are combined for one grade

Remember, excessive tardies have a negative impact on student achievement Please let me know if you would like for me to gather your child’s work. I will make every attempt to do so!
