Book Review Pupils What to do Teachers/Parents/Library staff Read a book Pick up a Book Review template from the Library and complete it. Sign and date it. Get a parent/guardian or teacher to sign it also. Hand it in to the Librarian. Once you have completed 6, you will receive a Certificate of Achievement and 10 House points for your school house. Encourage children to take part and read more books. If they ask you to sign and date it for them please do. NB: The Library will take a copy of all Book Reviews to file and display some of the Book Reviews The library will also track all Book Reviews and report on a weekly basis to Mrs Crouch the total number of Reviews received and if there are any certificates to be completed. If there are, the Library will print certificates and prepare for Mrs Crouch to sign and deliver.
