To begin with there were many problems with file formats Data deliveries were put in data bases, mostly maintained by the ETCs For the past few years, data have been delivered from most countries directly into the central data repository of Reportnet where they can be retrieved by many users 80‘s 90‘s 21st century Paper based reporting >> Electronic data reporting
