Serious Mismatch in Work Skills

This traditional way of implementing new process is not sustainable practice to maintain job security and innovative culture.

We need new approach!!

Hire more workers but keep productivity same?

Hybridization of service industry and traditional manufacturing industry

Accelerated engineering education?

"Creative economy?"

In conclusion, new manufacturing technology should be evaluated based on profitability and employability. Innovative materals, creative products are essential for creating new competitive industry. However, It is equally important to train workers with proper skills at right time and at right place.
