Past 18 years in recruitment as a service provider and as a line manager – 56,000 CVs Been responsible for placing just under 1000 people in to jobs It is our job as a recruitment partner to find not just the good talent, but the great talent and make that decision before presenting them to hiring firms. Since 60% of our roles are sales focused, I wanted to share how I have been successful in this career by looking outside of the CV and in to the psychology of a great sales person to make the choice between good and great.
