2 Brief Description: Rationale:
Standard #6 Assessment The teacher understands and uses multiple methods of assessment to engage learners in their own growth, to monitor learner progress, and to guide the teacher’s and learner’s decision making. Brief Description: For this assignment, I looked at my completed work and noticed how much progress I’ve made. I used my previous assignments and experiences to guide me in decision making as a learner and as a future teacher. Rationale: To document my understanding of standard #6, Assessment: I reference the educational philosophy worksheet we did Reflect on discussion boards Reflect on service learning experience

WHY teach? To be a positive role model I enjoy watching people learn new things To make a difference -let students know I CARE -Inspire kids to become someone 3. To contribute/give back to the community so we can have a better place to live
