Adding a new Support Set This will add the IRI to the drop down Menu.

Add your Designated Support Set name and make active Add your Designated Support Set name and make active. If at a later date you do not want the IRI to show up in the drop down menu no need to delete just uncheck the active box.

Once it has been built you will need to set up Subject Areas and Categories.

Subject Areas, you will use this later to link the accommodation back to the subject. Click on “Manage Subject Area” and add the subjects needed. Math, Reading, Science etc.

Add a New Test Accommodation Category Click on Manage Categories to the right of your new designated support set. Add New Category, You will need to add the categories needed for your test’s accommodations. Directions, Setting, Tester, Materials etc..

For each new Support Category add Name, Public Key and make Active.

Once your Categories have been built you will then Manage Accommodations for each of them. If the Categories are not in the order you want them, drag them using the sort option on the left. Click on Manage Accommodations on the Test Accommodation Categories for (your test name).

Click on Add new Accommodation to add accommodations to each category. This is where you will put the accommodations that will be offered for the test. Familiar Person, Alternate Setting, Tools, Supports etc…

Once again you will need to build one for each Designated Support Accommodation. If the Accommodation contains options select the box, if the accommodation can have multiple options select the Multiselect box.

Once you have built the Designated Support Accommodation you will then manage the available options.

Click on Add new Accommodation Option

Options will need; Name, Public Key, Make Active, and Associate with Accommodation checked for IRI. This will create the check box for the designated support/accommodation.
