Who attends Plugtests™ events? Participants do NOT have to be ETSI members Plugtests™ are addressed to any company developing a product such as operators, vendors or equipment manufacturers, content or application providers Plugtests™ also welcome Universities and other Research Institutes Standardization bodies, Fora or interest groups may also participate
