General Observations Once on Windows 10 Pro, all Office productivity software work as advertised USB Wireless mouse works without configuration Dell’s heat issue is noticeable, making it uncomfortable in tablet mode Apple’s hinge is better than Dell’s monitor stand Audio on Dell is poor. Perhaps Bluetooth headset will be needed for proper conferencing

General Observations Battery life was good on Dell, will last 1 full day’s work Performance was impressive due to newer chips being used on Dell Touch screen is a nice feature — but training required to fully utilise the shortcuts on the Dell.

General Observations Once Windows 10 Pro is installed on the Macbook, the administrative options are exactly similar to a Dell. The general feel and touch of the Macbook is far superior than the Dell. Back to build quality, employees would be happier carrying a Mac while IT Admins find Mac hardware less likely to fail and easier to manage.
