2. Ms.Johnson is looking to buy a computer!!
Ms.Kayla Johnson is a high school English teacher. She is 30 years old and has been teaching for about 5 years. She is into journalism and writing her own books. Ms.Johnson is looking into buying a new computer because she is tired of using the slow computer that the school provides her with. She needs her computer to be portable(laptop). She needs to be able to hook a projector up to it. Some of the applications that she will be using for personal and business use is Powerpoint, Word, and Google classroom. The 4 Computers that she is looking into buying is an Surface Laptop Intel Core i5, Macbook,Inspiron non-touch, and an Acer Chromebook 14

3. Surface Laptop Intel Core i5
The Surface Laptop Intel Core i5 is 13.5” is a very thin laptop that is very easy to carry. It can run programs such as Microsoft, Word, Excel etc. This laptop has a PixelSense LCD touchscreen display which is great for creating things. It has about a 14- hour battery life that is very useful for someone that is always on the go and doesn't have time to wait hours for their computer to charge. The Surface Laptop is great for writing reports, essays, books, presentations etc.

4. Acer ChromeBook 14
The Acer ChromeBook is an inexpensive laptop that is very portable and resembles the Apple MacBook Air, the Acer is a very well put together computer that is very affordable for the average person. The Acer’s processor isn't the best but with its large screen and long lasting battery life is very ideal for a person who wants room to maneuver and once again it is very cheap and will please a buyer pockets.

The inspiron is about 4 pounds which allows her to have a lot of portability.

6. 12 inch MacBook
The 12 inch MacBook had 256Gb, and 8GB of memory which means she has plenty of space to download presentations, and other things needed for her class. The Macbook also comes with useful apps such as apple pages, reminders, and keynote. She can use apple pages to write in her free time; She can use reminders to keep herself on track with her students and their work, and she can use keynote to present presentations to her students.

Requirements to run Word…
A processor with at least 1GHz speed. For Mac, it should be a bit higher speed and should be Intel. I should be 2GB RAM on PCs. For Mac, it should be 4GB.
The requirements to run anything powered by google such as classroom or docs is you must run these browsers Chrome, Firefox ,Internet Explorer , microsoft Edge , and Safari.

We have convinced Ms.Johnson to buy the Inspiron non-touch.We've convinced her to buy this computer because it holds a lot of data,the processor runs pretty fast at 2.5GHZ, it also has a larger hard drive than most computers. The computer runs all of the programs that she needs to run like Google Slides,Google Classroom, Powerpoint,and Microsoft word.The computer is portable too. We've convinced her to buy this computer because it is affordable and helps her complete all her tasks that she will need to complete.She will be very happy with this purchase.
