After School Library Sessions Overview: money available to pay a TA to open the library for families after school Aims: To improve children’s enjoyment and motivation to read. Extra Curricular Activities Overview: money available to pay or subsidies a place at a music, sport or drama afterschool activity. Aims: To promote equal access to a range of opportunities for all children. Promoting the Whole Child Midday Reading Sessions Overview: additional 1:1 reading and nurturing support for children at lunchtime Aims: To improve children’s enjoyment and motivation to read. Music Lessons Overview: money available to pay for music tuition, instrument hire or places at a music club Aims: To promote equal access to a range of opportunities for all children.
