How Do We Compare? – Planetary Characteristic Data Table Learning Target: To be able to describe the general properties (Rotation, Revolution, Gravity, Temperature, & Atmospheric conditions) of specific planets. Activity: Use Fusion Textbook pgs. 144-152 & 160-167 & Sciencesaurus Items 232, 238, 239, & 240 to compare and contrast the properties of the planets and Earth’s Moon. Create a data table on page _____ with the following headings: Gravity, Distance From Sun, Period of Rotation, Period of Revolution, Temperature, and Atmospheric Conditions. After Data Table Complete: Write a Reflection Relating information in your data table to the Learning Goal How do the properties of Earth compare to the properties of other astronomical bodies?
