Guiding Questions for Master Plan Design for Key Process/Strategy Statements Who is doing the work? Which “lense” is it focused on – Instruction, Curriculum or Environment? If implemented with fidelity, will the KP help the school reach its goal? Does the MPC measure both implementation and effectiveness towards the goal? Does the MPC say which data source to be used and measure the intended accomplishment? Will the action steps ensure that the KP will be implemented and monitored?
