Why does the person let the fish go?

As I read the story listen for the Amazing Word: shrug.

“But the sheep shrugged and wandered off to eat some tasty grass.” What does “But the sheep shrugged” mean?

What does wandered off to eat some tasty grass mean? What other words could we use instead of tasty? Why do you think the author chose the word tasty?
