1. Judicial review is the power of the Supreme Court to determine the Constitutionality- whether or not something agrees or disagrees with what’s in the Constitution- of laws and executive acts 2. The case Marbury v. Madison established the principle of judicial review for the supreme court. John Marshall was the Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court during this time.
