Schedule for Thursday, May 17th 7:30- Breakfast 8:30- Class Rotation 1 11:30- Lunch 1:00- Recreation Time 4:00- Special Place 5:30- Dinner 6:30- Dorm time 7:30- Night Hike 9:30- Dorm time 10:00- “Lights out!”

Knives, food, iPod, cell phones, Smartwatches, cameras, gum, music devices, matches, money, flashlights, video games Remember to pack lightly Students are responsible for carrying their own baggage

Special Reminders: Foot wear Long-hike: weather changes Water bottle Lunch and snacks “Soiling the Soil” Buffet style meals One duffle bag (students carry) No phones, cameras or Smartwatches

Medications Bring all medications and forms by Friday, April 20th If medication is at school already, we will ensure that it goes to Eco Week. We WILL NOT accept medications without the YELLOW Medical Authorization Release form EACH medication MUST have: A SEPARATE completed YELLOW form Medication in original labeled container Correct dosage on label Correct medication listed ie) Tylenol, Acetaminophen, NO medications in student bags! EXCEPT inhalers which MUST be self carried FOLLOW RED DIRECTIONS!!!

Return the following field trip forms: Student Pick-Up (Blue) Emergency Contact/ Health Information (Green) Behavior Contract (Orange) Overnight Field Trip Release (Pink) YMCA Student Liability Release (Pink) Medicine form if needed (Yellow) ALL FORMS & CHECK DUE by APRIL 20th!
