Central register kept at Eurostat in combination with national registers in each Member State, altogether forming a network of registers on multinational enterprise groups and their constituent units. Involving several exchanges of individual enterprise data (micro data) between Eurostat and NSAs Legal base: Community legislation (EC) No 177/2008 and (EC) No 192/2009, implementing a system for the mandatory exchange of micro data.
