Working together Practice and Academia can Improve the Nursing Student Experience What are your thoughts, ideas and suggestions in how we can work together to improve the nursing student experience, education and training? How can we make the transition from student to RN seamless and instill more confidence as they start their first job? How can we improve the relationship between the faculty and the staff who are precepting the students? What other thoughts do you have that you would like to share?

How can we improve the dialogue between academic and practice and hear from the clinical staff as well as leaders? Thank you! Pat Pat Horton phorton@gha.org
