BODMAS explained Joshua and Mohammed Thank you Introduce each other

BODMAS Definition - Helps in determining the result of complex mathematical calculations. It ensures we all have the same answer. It tells us the order in which to process an answer. What is the answer to 5 * 5 + 5 = J – BODMAS M - Helps in determining the result of complex mathematical calculations. It ensures we all have the same answer. It tells us the order in which to process an answer. J – Don’t shout it out but what is the answer 5 * 5 + 5

30 or 50 M – 30 J or 50

BODMAS B – Brackets O – Operators D – Division M – Multiplication A – Addition S - Subtraction J – BODMAS tell us how to order the processing J – we deal with anything inside of bracket first, still following the same rules of BODMAS within the brackets. M – Then we deal with operators also known as powers, For example 2 to power 5 is value of 2 * 2 *2 * 2 *2 = 32 J – Follow this by applying any Division and so on. M – addition or subtraction can come last but normally we subtract at the end

BODMAS What is the answer to 5 * 5 + 5 = M – what is the answer 30 or 50

BODMAS I want the answer 50 What must I do to the calculation - 5 * 5 + 5 = 50 J – I want the answer 50 M – what must we do to this sum

BODMAS I want the answer 50 What must I do to the calculation - 5 * (5 + 5) = 50 M – Add some brackets
