Swansea Bay City Region - Skills Swansea Bay City Deal – 11 projects 4 Themes – Economic Acceleration - Energy - Life Science and Well-being - Smart Manufacturing 10,000 jobs £1.3 billion investment RLSP leading on The Skills and Talent project

Swansea Bay City Region – Skills Intervention To lead on the Skills & Talent Intervention for the Swansea Bay City Deal To increase engagement with the private sector and support businesses To address the Skills gaps identified by the 10 Projects To increase engagement with schools including the development of the Welsh Bac Identify apprenticeship opportunities through procurement Working with work programmes to identify opportunities to get people into work by offering training.
