Alloantigen Presentation Alloantigen Presentation Direct recognition MHC-peptide complexes on Donor APC are recognized directly by recipient T cells without processing by recipient APC Indirect recognition Foreign MHC and other alloantigens are processed by recipient APC and presented to recipient T cells
